Anti-AOX1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AOX1 and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with the target protein migrating at approximately 148 kDa. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Immunisation with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human AOX1 yields an antibody that detects endogenous levels of AOX1 protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
