Anti-AOX1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the Aldehyde Oxidase 1 (AOX1) target, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports detection of the molybdenum-containing cytosolic enzyme in human, mouse, and rat samples. AOX1 participates in phase I xenobiotic metabolism by oxidizing aldehydes and hydroxylating N-heterocyclic compounds, and laboratories use antibodies against it to profile hepatic and extrahepatic expression in pharmacology, toxicology, and drug-clearance studies.
