Anti-AOS1 Antibody

Manufactured under the Antibodies.com catalogue of Primary Antibodies, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the SUMO-activating enzyme subunit 1 (AOS1/SAE1) target, allowing detection of endogenous levels of the total AOS1 protein. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human AOS1, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml as50 µL of unconjugated rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabilisers. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of the SUMO conjugation machinery.
