Anti-AOC1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets AOC1 (also referenced as ABP1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in Rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid preparation.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–300 of human AOC1 (NP_001082.2). It has a reported molecular weight of 105 kDa and is provided at a lot-specific concentration in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography using the immunogen.

For Western blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given, and for ICC/IF the suggested range is 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
