This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against AOAH (acyloxyacyl hydrolase). It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is validated for western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity reported for human samples.
AOAH is an enzyme with a reported vesicular subcellular localisation and enhanced tissue expression in bone marrow and lymphoid tissue, and it is predicted to be secreted to blood. The gene encoding AOAH maps to chromosome 7.
