Anti-ANXA8L2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ANXA8L2 (AnnexinA8 like2), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is affinity-purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB), with a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–276 of human ANXA8L2 (NP_001265853.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

A representative Western blot validation was performed using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution on extracts of various cell lines, with lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane, blocking in 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000, and ECL Basic Kit detection with a 90-second exposure.
