Anti-ANXA7 Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG preparation, this unconjugated primary antibody targets ANXA7 (Annexin A7), a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein of the annexin family. Annexin A7 is distinguished from other annexins by a uniquely long hydrophobic N-terminal domain and contributes to calcium-regulated membrane fusion, exocytosis, and ion channel activity. Researchers investigating prostate and hepatocellular carcinoma pathways, calcium signaling cascades, and vesicle trafficking frequently use ANXA7 as a marker.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), the reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, enabling detection of endogenous ANXA7 across standard model systems. Provided as 200 µl of unconjugated antiserum in a vial, the antibody can be applied to cell and tissue lysate preparations. For best stability, store aliquots frozen at -20 °C and minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles; thaw only what is needed for each experiment.
