Anti-ANXA5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against ANXA5 (Annexin V). The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human and mouse samples and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity purified and recognises the target at a molecular weight of 35 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-320 of human Annexin A5/Annexin V (NP_001145.1). The reagent is KO validated. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
