Anti-ANXA4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ANXA4, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is purified by affinity purification.

For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 112–321 of human ANXA4 (NP_001144.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 35 kDa. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
