Anti-ANXA13 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Annexin-13 (ANXA13), supplied by Antibodies.com, is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–316 of human ANXA13 (NP_004297.2). It is supplied as a liquid with a reported molecular weight of 36 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and purified by affinity purification. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Four scientific images are provided.
