Anti-ANXA13 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets human Annexin A13 (ANXA13), a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein of the annexin family that is preferentially localized to the apical surface of polarized epithelial cells. The reagent is raised in rabbit and is provided as an unconjugated IgG preparation, supplied at 200 µl per vial for western blot detection of endogenous ANXA13 in human cell and tissue lysates.

Annexin A13 contributes to apical vesicle trafficking and to the organization of membrane subdomains in epithelial cells, and altered ANXA13 expression has been reported in studies of intestinal and breast epithelial tissues as well as in several tumor contexts. Researchers investigating epithelial polarity, apical transport pathways, annexin family function, or ANXA13 regulation in human-derived samples can use this reagent in standard WB workflows on whole-cell or membrane-enriched protein extracts.
