Annexin A13 is a calcium-dependent membrane-binding protein of the annexin family, predominantly expressed in intestinal epithelial cells where it supports apical vesicle trafficking and enterocyte differentiation.
This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and has been validated for western blot detection of the human ANXA13 isoform in cell and tissue lysates.
Researchers characterizing polarized epithelial transport, mucin secretion, or intestinal lineage markers can probe ANXA13 expression across relevant human cell lines and biopsy-derived samples using standard SDS-PAGE immunoblotting workflows.
Aliquot upon receipt to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and handle the IgG preparation using standard laboratory cold-chain practice for research-use antibodies.
