Anti-ANXA11 Antibody

Primary antibody reagent for ANXA11 (Annexin-11), supplied by Antibodies.com. This rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 276–505 of human Annexin A11 (NP_001148.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 56 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:50–1:100. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
