Anti-ANXA1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196830)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Annexin A1 (ANXA1) is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-346 of human ANXA1 (NP_000691.1) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a molecular weight of 38 kDa. The antibody is KO validated and is recommended for use at 1:500-1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for both immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
