Anti-ANXA1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Annexin A1 (ANXA1) is offered by Antibodies.com for research use. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and has been affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–346 of human ANXA1 (NP_000691.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 34 kDa.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed on human and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
