Anti-ANTXR2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ANTXR2 (also known as CMG-2), unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 34-300 of human ANTXR2. The target has a molecular weight of 54 kDa. Recommended dilutions are: WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is supplied as a liquid and is supported by 3 scientific images.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
