Anti-ANTXR1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against ANTXR1 (Anthrax Toxin Receptor 1, also known as ATR or TEM8), an antigen detected at the endogenous level across human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at –20 °C. The immunogen is a recombinant human ANTXR1 protein, and the antibody has been affinity-purified to enrich antigen-specific immunoglobulins. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF), the latter demonstrated on HeLa cells with DAPI nuclear counterstain, making the reagent suitable for both expression-level and subcellular localisation studies.
