Anti-ANTXR1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ANTXR1 (also known as TEM8/ATR) is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples. It is supplied in liquid form and validated for Western blot, with immunofluorescence also listed as an application in the product listing.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 84–333 of human ANTXR1 (NP_060623.2). Following affinity purification, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. One scientific validation image is available.
