Anti-ANT4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human ANT4 (also known as SLC25A31, AAC4, ADP/ATP translocase 4, and sperm flagellar energy carrier protein SFEC) and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the adenine nucleotide translocator 4. The antiserum is purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and is supplied as a ready-to-use liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, at a protein concentration of 1 mg/mL. The unconjugated IgG polyclonal antibody is offered in a 50 µL vial (with a 100 µL option also available) and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and ELISA applications. It cross-reacts with both human and mouse samples, making it suitable for a range of cell biology and mitochondrial transport studies. The product is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
