Anti-ANPEP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets ANPEP, also known as CD13, and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid by Antibodies.com. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 668-967 of human CD13/ANPEP (NP_001141.2). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The target has a molecular weight of 150 kDa.

The product is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.
