Raised in rabbit against the human ANP32C target, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports chromatin biology and cancer signaling research where the ANP32 family of histone chaperones is studied. ANP32C (acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member C) functions as a leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein involved in histone binding, chromatin remodeling, and modulation of protein phosphatase 2A activity, and it has been investigated in the context of prostate tumor biology and other cancer pathways.
The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 100 µl per vial, ready for use in western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows on human samples. Its polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on ANP32C, useful when probing expression across tissues or comparing levels in cell-line models. Researchers studying apoptosis regulation, histone acetylation dynamics, or PP2A-dependent signaling can incorporate this reagent into lysate preparation, tissue section staining, and chromatin fractionation protocols in vitro.
