Anti-ANP32A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ANP32A (also known as PHAP1), a target protein with a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–170 of human ANP32A (NP_006296.1). After affinity purification, the reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and the product is accompanied by four scientific validation images. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
