Anti-ANO1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets ANO1, also referred to as TMEM16A, and is raised in rabbit. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reported target molecular weight is 150 kDa, and the reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation.

It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 400–500 of human ANO1 (NP_060513.5) and purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
