Annexin III (ANXA3) is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein involved in membrane trafficking, cell differentiation, and apoptosis regulation. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum suitable for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows.

The antibody recognizes both human and mouse Annexin III, supporting research into ANXA3 as a candidate biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and other solid tumors where elevated expression has been reported. Researchers can apply the antibody to characterize ANXA3 distribution in formalin-fixed tissue sections, validate expression changes in cultured cell lysates, or probe phospholipid-binding behavior in plate-based assays. The polyclonal host response increases the chance of recognizing multiple epitopes on the ~36 kDa target, which is helpful when working with fixed material, truncated recombinant fragments, or partially denatured samples.

As an unconjugated reagent, the antibody can be paired with HRP, fluorescent, or biotinylated secondary reagents chosen to match the detection platform, giving flexibility across standard immunodetection pipelines.
