Anti-Annexin II Antibody

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum and supplied as an unconjugated reagent, this Antibodies.com antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against Annexin II. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Annexin II protein.

The reagent was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Annexin II as the immunogen. It is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and was purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
