Annexin I is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein that organizes membrane domains, modulates inflammatory signaling, and regulates apoptotic responses in epithelial and immune cell types. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl aliquot ready for direct bench use. The antibody recognizes Annexin I in human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. Researchers apply it to chart Annexin I distribution in mucosal epithelial layers, phagocytic leukocytes, glucocorticoid-treated cell systems, and tumor microenvironment sections where altered annexin expression is under investigation.
