Anti-Annexin A1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-Annexin A1 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as a liquid formulation containing 100 µg of total IgG. It specifically detects the endogenous Annexin A1 protein (~37 kDa) and is validated for Western blot detection in lysates from human, monkey (cynomolgus macaque), and canine cell lines and primary tissues.

Annexin A1 (ANXA1) is a calcium-dependent, phospholipid-binding annexin superfamily member with well-characterized roles in glucocorticoid-mediated anti-inflammatory signaling, neutrophil chemotaxis, and membrane repair. Researchers commonly use ANXA1 antibodies to study epithelial differentiation, tumor progression in breast and prostate cancer models, and resolution of inflammation. This reagent detects the human, monkey (cynomolgus macaque), and canine orthologs and is recommended for standard western blot workflows.
