Anti-ANKRD54 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against ANKRD54 (Ankyrin Repeat Domain 54), this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com at 100 µl per vial and is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications on human and mouse specimens. ANKRD54, also known in the literature as LIAR (Lyn-interacting ankyrin repeat protein), carries multiple ankyrin repeat motifs and has been characterized for its centrosomal localization and for modulating 14-3-3 protein interactions during mitotic progression.

For best results, the vial should be kept refrigerated and aliquoted on first use to minimize repeated freeze-thaw cycles that can erode polyclonal reactivity.
