Anti-ANKRD52 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use only. The target is ANKRD52, and the antibody is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 450-660 of human ANKRD52 (NP_775866.2). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The reported molecular weight is 115 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Representative IHC images include paraffin-embedded rat lung, human breast cancer tissue, and mouse testis, each performed at a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens) with microwave antigen retrieval in 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2.
