Anti-ANKRD28 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against ANKRD28 and validated for Western blotting in human and mouse samples. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human ANKRD28 (NP_056014.2). The preparation is affinity purified, and a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended for WB. The target protein migrates at 113 kDa.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
