Anti-ANKK1 Antibody

A goat polyclonal antibody is also available, validated for ELISA, WB and IHC and reactive with human samples, unconjugated and supplied in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at 500 µg/mL [S2]. The antigen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human ANKK1, with a predicted molecular weight of 84.6 kDa and an observed molecular weight of 85 kDa; recommended dilutions are ELISA at 1:128,000, WB at 0.1-0.3 µg/mL and IHC at 5-10 µg/mL [S2].

A further rabbit polyclonal antibody is validated for WB and ELISA and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples; its immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human ANKK1 (amino acids 321-370), and it is supplied unconjugated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol [S3]. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:1000 and ELISA at 1:5000, with a stated molecular weight of 84 kDa [S3]. All variants are unconjugated, shipped at 4°C, and intended for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided [S1, S2, S3].
