Anti-ANKHD1 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1620–1800 of human ANKHD1 (NP_060217.1).

It is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity purified. The recommended western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The buffer formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Reactivity profiles differ between the manufacturer entries: one validates for mouse and rat samples and lists WB as the supported application, while another reports reactivity with human samples and lists both WB and ELISA as supported applications. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
