Anti-ANGPTL5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting ANGPTL5 (Angiopoietin like 5), validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with human samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-388 of human ANGPTL5 (NP_835228.2).

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It has been affinity purified, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 44 kDa. ANGPTL5 is predicted to be a secreted protein with tissue-enhanced expression in breast and ovary.

For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
