Anti-Angptl4 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Angptl4 (Angiopoietin-like protein 4, also known as ARP4/HFARP/PGAR). It is supplied at the 50 µl pack size as an unconjugated liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a protein concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen consisting of a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human Angptl4, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of Angptl4 protein in validated applications including Western blot (WB) and ELISA. By reactivity profile, it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species. For handling and storage, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
