Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Angiopoietin-like 3 (ANGPTL3) and is validated for Western blot applications. It is unconjugated and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The reagent was raised using recombinant full-length human ANGPTL3 as the immunogen, and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the ANGPTL3 protein. The target has an expected molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
