Anti-ANGPTL2 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the angiopoietin-like protein 2 (ANGPTL2) target, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse specimens.

ANGPTL2 is a secreted glycoprotein of roughly 57 kDa that has been linked in published studies to chronic inflammation, angiogenesis, insulin resistance, and tumor progression. It is expressed in adipose tissue, cardiac tissue, and several tumor types, and has been investigated both as a marker of metabolic stress and as a contributor to the tumor microenvironment. Because the reagent recognizes both human and mouse orthologs, it supports translational work in cell lysates and in fixed tissue sections, including studies of obesity-linked inflammation, atherosclerosis, and cancer cell signaling.
