The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human ANGPT2, and the antibody recognises the endogenous level of total ANGPT2 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. The product ships at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
