A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Angiopoietin 2 (ANGPT2) is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 197-496 of human ANGPT2 (NP_001138.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a predicted molecular weight of 75 kDa.
Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
