Anti-ANGPT1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ANGPT1 (Angiopoietin 1). It is supplied as a liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 280–498 of human ANGPT1 (NP_001137.2).

The antibody is affinity purified, with a reported target molecular weight of 70 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
