Anti-ANG Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is a rabbit-derived preparation raised against angiogenin (ANG) and supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified antiserum at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The immunogen used for immunization is a recombinant human ANG protein, and the resulting antibody has been validated for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, showing reactivity with both human and mouse samples. Also referenced under the synonyms Ribonuclease 5, RNase 5, and RNASE5, the reagent detects endogenous levels of total ANG protein and is intended strictly for research use; it is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) without magnesium or calcium ions, containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant.
