Description
A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against ANG. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of ANG protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), reacting with Human and Mouse samples.
Immunogen: a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human ANG. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 17 kDa. Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
