Anti-ANAPC5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ANAPC5 (also referred to as Apc5), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody reagent. The IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent has been KO validated.

The reported molecular weight of the target is 85 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-250 of human ANAPC5 (NP_057321.2). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and IP: 1:50-1:100.

Purification is performed by affinity purification. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
