Anti-ANAPC1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal antibody recognizes ANAPC1 (Anaphase Promoting Complex Subunit 1), a large scaffold component of the APC/C ubiquitin ligase that drives the metaphase-to-anaphase transition and orchestrates ubiquitin-dependent degradation of mitotic regulators such as cyclin B and securin.
