Anti-Amyloid beta Peptide 42 Antibody [NT 5B8]

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is full-length human beta amyloid peptide 42, and the antibody recognises the N-terminal peptide (DAEFRHDS) of human beta amyloid peptides as well as full-length Aß40, Aß42 and Aß43. It is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and supplied lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.2, to be reconstituted with double distilled water.
