Anti-Amyloid beta Peptide 42 Antibody [NT 1H3]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Amyloid beta Peptide 42 and is designated clone NT 1H3. It is of the IgG1 isotype, supplied unconjugated and presented in lyophilised form. The reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications and is reactive with human samples.

The antibody was raised against full length human beta amyloid peptide 42. It recognises the N-terminal peptide (DAEFRHDS) of human beta amyloid peptides as well as full length Aß40, Aß42 and Aß43. Purification is by Protein G affinity chromatography, and the product is lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2.

Storage instructions are to ship at 4°C, then aliquot and store at -20°C while avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilised product is reconstituted with double distilled water, with the final concentration being reconstitution dependent. The reported epitope is Sp2/0-Ag14.
