Anti-Amyloid beta A4 Precursor Antibody [S5-71]

This Mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody, clone S5-71, specifically recognizes the Amyloid beta A4 Precursor Protein (APP, also called AβPP), the type-I transmembrane precursor from which amyloid-beta peptides are proteolytically cleaved. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in a 100 µg vial and is validated for western blot detection of endogenous APP in human, mouse, and rat samples.
