Anti-AMY2A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting AMY2A, also known as pancreatic alpha amylase. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, with immunohistochemistry also listed as a supported application. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 242–511 of human AMY2A (NP_000690.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 58 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:500–1:2,000.
