Anti-AMY1A Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AMY1A (salivary alpha amylase), offered by Antibodies.com within their primary antibody range. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. It has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 16-200 of human AMY1A (NP_004029.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 48 kDa, and the antibody concentration is lot specific.

A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is available.
