Anti-AMT Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, targets AMT and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 44 kDa. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 107–386 of human AMT (NP_001158184.1) and purified by affinity chromatography.

The antibody cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
