Anti-AMPKα1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets AMPKα1 and is supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and ELISA, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human AMPKα1 around the non-phosphorylation site of S496, and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of AMPKα1 protein.

The antibody is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
